The European Union Special Representative, Miroslav Lajcak, concluded his two-day visit to Kosovo. EU Special Representative Lajcak met with Kosovo leaders to make preparations for the first high-level meeting of the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, scheduled for later this month. This was the focus of his consultations with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, First Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue Bislimi, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Gërvalla. In Kosovo, Ambassador Lajçak was joined by Matthew A. Palmer, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, in charge of the Western Balkans and the Aegean, and Special Representative for the Western Balkans.
