The European Union Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, is staying in the north of Mitrovica. He is currently meeting with Minister for Communities and Returns Goran Rakic and the mayors of the four northern municipalities. The meeting is being held behind closed doors for the media.
