Lajcak and Kurti discuss the Franco-German proposal but do not give details

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, on Saturday received in a meeting the EU special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak. After the meeting, Lajcak said that it is the two countries that must decide on the final agreement, and that it does not depend on mediators.

"This is what the Kosovo and Serbia should decide. This is not for me to decide on your behalf. So, it's this is what the dialogue process is about", he said...
