Kurti shows how many will be career ambassadors and how many will be politically appointed
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti said that they are in the phase of identifying and evaluating the fulfillment of the criteria by career diplomats who can be candidates for ambassador in diplomatic missions. Kurti said that with the changes that are expected to be made in the draft law on foreign service, it is intended that 70% be career ambassadors and 30% politically appointed.
In today's session of the Assembly of Kosovo, the Prime Minister was asked by PDK MP Ariana Musliu-Shoshi, when the new ambassadors will be appointed, after the decision to dismiss the heads of diplomatic missions.
