The acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, continued to insist on Monday that the Constitutional Court should only interpret the decree and not write the Constitution with the creation of new norms. According to him, its writing cannot be done by the Constitutional Court, nor by President Hashim Thaçi.
