The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, commenting on the draft proposed by the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has said that instead of Rama coming up with a proposal for the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in Kosovo, there should be a draft for Albanians in the Valley of Presheva.

In a press conference, Prime Minister Kurti invited Prime Minister Rama to propose the draft to the President of Serbia, Aleksander Vucic, at the next meeting of the "Open Balkans".

In fact, Kurti emphasized that even the Constitution of Albania enables the protection of the national rights of the Albanian people who live outside its borders...
