The Vetëvendosje chairman, Albin Kurti, has responded to the congratulatory letters that came to him days ago from the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.

In the letter of thanks that Kurti wrote to Erdogan and Netanyahu, he did not mention the issue of establishing the Kosovo embassy in Israel. This is an issue on which Kurti, a few days after winning the February 14 elections, was invited by Netanyahu to take part in the inauguration of the Kosovo Embassy in Jerusalem as Prime Minister, but on the other hand Erdogan asked him to avoid the agreement of September 4, in the United States, with which Kosovo had pledged to become one of the first countries to open an embassy in Jerusalem and not in Tel Aviv.
