The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomes the Special Representative of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajčák and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the United States for European and Eurasian Affairs and at the same time the special envoy of the United States of America for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar.
