Kurti meets with the Belgian Prime Minister, Alexander De Croo

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the Deputy Prime Ministers Besnik Bislimi and Donika Gërvalla has started the two-day official visit to Brussels, where he was received in a meeting by the Prime Minister of Belgium, Alexander De Croo. In this meeting, Prime Minister De Croo reiterated Belgium's support for the goals of the Government of Kosovo for the betterment of the lives of Kosovo citizens and Kosovo's rapprochement with the European Union, as well as for the facilitated dialogue by the EU. Prime Minister Kurti briefed his counterpart De Croo on the government's commitment and priorities for strengthening the rule of law, economic development, and managing the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting also discussed the possibilities and forms of increasing economic cooperation and trade exchange between the two countries, with special attention to the inclusion of our diaspora, which is well integrated and contributes to Belgium.
