Kurti leaves to meet with Borrell
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, refused to speak before the start of the dialogue meetings in Ohrid, North Macedonia.
After the meeting he had with the head of the BDI, Ali Ahmeti, the head of the Kosovar executive, briefly said that he is late for the meeting with the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, not answering questions about whether there will be an agreement today with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
The next meeting between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Vucic is taking place today in Ohrid, where they will discuss the implementation of the agreement agreed in principle on February 27 in Brussels.
The agreement is a proposal of the European Union for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
Kurti and Vucic will first hold separate meetings with Borrell and Lajçak and then they will have a joint meeting.
The US emissary for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, is also staying in Ohrid.
