Kurti is also involved in the Presheva election campaign, Çitaku reacts
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti tonight will participate in a support rally for the elections in the Presheva Valley, which will be held in Pristina.
Kurti seems to be supporting the candidate for mayor of Presheva, Ardita Sinani, the candidate for mayor of Bujanovac, Ragmi Mustafi, who together with the Albanian MP in the Parliament of Serbia, Shaip Kamberi, will be at the support rally which will be held in Faculty of Law.
The general secretary of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Vlora Çitaku, reacted to this action, who wrote that Prime Minister Albin Kurti is continuing the dance of division of Albanians in the Balkans. According to her, the chief executive is fanning the flames of divisions between brothers and sisters in the Presheva Valley, KosovaPress reports.
"Albin Kurti is continuing the dance of division of Albanians in the Balkans. After interfering in the elections of Albania and North Macedonia, today he had an electoral meeting with only one political party in the Valley. Instead of trying to unify them, as Albania did in the last elections, Kurti is fanning the flames of division between our brothers and sisters in the Valley. I still haven't managed to understand Kurti's enthusiasm for division and disruption - but this has never brought anything to the benefit of the Albanians. He is irresponsible to the extreme," she wrote.
Seven political parties are competing in the elections that will be held this Sunday in the Presheva Valley.
Kurti was also involved in the last parliamentary elections which were recently held in North Macedonia, supporting the Albanian opposition bloc, which is now in the new Government.
