Kosovo has over 30 percent of the juvenile population, and this category is being characterized as the most vulnerable. On World Children’s Day it was said that the COVID-19 pandemic had devastating consequences on children’s well-being and that it was a crisis of their rights. The state is being asked to prioritize the creation of equal opportunities for children of all communities.
