The stadium of Gjilan, namely its construction, is one of the most discussed issues regarding sports infrastructure.

Two of the biggest teams in Kosovar football, such as Drita and Gjilani, play matches in this stadium, so the lack of necessary conditions is making things for these clubs difficult.

Regarding this issue, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the Mayor of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni spoke today.

Kurti has stated that the works have been stopped due to some violations found in the previous project and that those mistakes must be corrected so that the process does not have violations.
