The Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Kreshnik Radoniqi was the first to vote at the polling station in the primary school "Lidhja e Prizrenit" in the city of Peja. After exercising his right to vote, Radoniqi called on all citizens to exercise their constitutional right to vote.Radoniqi called on the competing political entities as well as the Polling Station Councils to contribute to the smooth running of the election process. "We exercised our right to vote since it is the beginning of the day, the voting centehas opened at 07:00 and will be open until 19:00. I call on all citizens of Kosovo to use this constitutional right. I call on political parties as well as polling station councils to contribute to the smooth running of the electoral process," he said.
