The chairman of the PDK, Memli Krasniqi, has said that the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has degraded the dialogue process from a final agreement with recognition at the center to an agreement with the Association at the center.

He said that the preamble of this agreement specifies neutrality which means giving up mutual recognition.

Krasniqi said that a conscientious politician would have gone to the session himself to report, without any motion.
