The closure for two weeks for some business sectors and without any plan for financial support of businesses has raised concerns among the business community in Kosovo. Businesses will be severely damaged by this closure and the consequences will be severe for the country's economy, possibly even catastrophic. This is what the chairman of the Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo (CDBK), Skënder Krasniqi, said. Krasniqi has recommended to the Government of the country that before taking any measures, they should make an analysis of the effects and side effects that will come from the decisions as he emphasizes that the damage that will be created will have consequences for many years. Krasniqi also pointed out the steps that the government should take before making the decision to close businesses, adding that previous decisions of the same type have damaged businesses.
