The Minister of Local Government Administration, Elbert Krasniqi, has said that all Serbian parallel structures in Kosovo will be closed. He said that the same are illegal and unconstitutional and as such will not find a place in any part of the territory of Kosovo.

At the press conference after the government meeting, Krasniqi emphasized that the Government of Kosovo is ready for the opening of the Iber bridge, but they are also waiting for the international allies to be ready.

According to Minister Krasniqi, there is no reason for the bridge to continue to be closed, as the situation is calm in the north and the opening of the Iber bridge would not affect the rise of tensions.

The Minister of MLGA was also asked about the request of the United States of America to send the draft statute of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority to the Constitutional Court, but he said that he doesn't have a new answer for, as he said, questions that are old.

In addition to this, Minister Krasniqi, speaking about last week's clash at the meeting of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, said that if it is considered that North Mitrovica, Zubin Potok, Leposaviq and Zveçan are also members of the Association, then Vetëvendosje should to have a seat on the board of this mechanism.
