Kosovo's Central Election Commission (CEC) will certify the final results of the June 7 elections today.

The CEC meeting is scheduled to begin at 11:00. CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi announced that the meeting was called for Wednesday following the Supreme Court’s decisions on the appeals submitted to the institution.

“I inform you that on Wednesday (July 8, 2026, at 11:00), the Central Election Commission will hold its next meeting. On the agenda is the certification of the final results of the early parliamentary elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, held on June 7. The meeting was scheduled after the Supreme Court ruled on the appeals submitted to this institution,” Elezi told KosovaPress.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court rejected five appeals it had been reviewing regarding the final results of the June 7 elections.

According to the final results announced by the CEC, Vetëvendosje received 47.13% of the vote, the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) 19.44%, the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) 16.69%, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) 6.74%.
