The state of Kosovo is expected to have difficulties on receiving IPA funds from European Union. Even though there is an increasing by 1.1% of IPA 3 funds for the Westerns Balkans, Kosovo does not have special financial means as before.Thus it will be in a tough competition with other Balkans countries to benefit funds.
