Kosovo and Serbia are expected to reach an agreement on energy in the north and on missing persons. At the last meeting on February 22, there were some understanding between the parties regarding these topics. In this regard, the European Union expects that an agreement will be reached very soon and that discussions on the full normalization of relations will begin. The news for reaching an energy solution in the north was given by the chief negotiator of Kosovo in dialogue, Besnik Bislimi. The spokesman of the European Union, Peter Stano says for KosovaPress, that in the last meeting of the chief negotiators it was discussed about the preparation of the ground for the next high-level meeting of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
