Kosovo and Albania have signed the protocol that further improves free cross-border movement for citizens of areas on both sides of the border. The agreement was signed in Tirana by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla and his counterpart Bledi Çuçi.

According to the two ministers, this protocol is another step forward in the facilitation process, since in addition to the freedom of movement on foot, the use of vehicles is also added for the daily life needs of these citizens...
