The Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, has stated that there is a clear tendency to destabilize the north of Kosovo before the April 23 elections. He told KosovaPress that the second postponement of these elections is unreasonable. According to him, the institutions must perform their legal and constitutional duties and obligations.
