Konjufca: The absolutist Special Court needs a control mechanism

The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, called the Special Court absolutist and hermetically sealed. After returning from The Hague where he met the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army, the head of the legislature said that this court did not seem like a court of Kosovo and stated that Kosovo institutions should be coordinated in order to come up with a concept for a democratic mechanism of control over this court. Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Kransiqi and Rexhep Selimi remain in good health and strong-willed, said Glauk Konjufca, who added that their concern is the violations that are allegedly being done to them in the Special Court
