On the 23rd anniversary of the disappearance of the National Movement activist, professor and intellectual, Ukshin Hoti, the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, paid homage at his museum house. Speaker Konjufca said that 23 years ago a great crime was committed which was experienced by the entire Albanian nation. According to him, activist and patriot, Ukshin Hoti has left a great and long legacy to remember. The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca said that although 23 years have passed since the disappearance of Ukshin Hoti, the state of Serbia has not given any answers and no one has been convicted, although the prison authorities that were at the time when Hoti's activity was missing are known. Konjufca said that the Serbian state by not caring for these actions is showing that Serbia is not changing from who it was in 1998-99. According to him, activist Ukshin Hoti has been a personality who has not calculated with favors and the position, but he has always been on the side of the people. We recall that Ukshin Hoti was arrested several times by the Serbian regime of Tito and Milosevic for his patriotic activity. On May 16, 1999, Ukshin Hoti disappeared in still unexplained circumstances.
