The starting point for the establishment of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority should be within the framework of the Constitution of Kosovo, said the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca.

He emphasized that if the European Union does not think that the solution for the Association should be within the constitutional and legal system of Kosovo, then Kosovo has nothing more to ask for in the dialogue. According to him, if the dialogue process has as its price the destruction of the foundations of the state of Kosovo, it is better to say "goodbye to this process"...
