KLI: Judges have resolved 115 cases less than they are obliged to

During the past year, there was a record increase in the number of unresolved cases which are transferred from year to year. The year 2021 was closed with over 85,000 unresolved cases which have been transferred from the previous year. From 2018 to the end of last year, the number of civil cases doubled. This is what is said in the report "Regression of civil justice", of the Kosovo Law Institute, where, among other things, the inefficiency of judges in handling these cases is mentioned.

According to KLI, the judges did not respect the regulation of the Kosovo Judicial Council and resolved 115 cases less than they are obliged to.
