The Kosovo Judicial Council has today launched the Online Data Platform (ODP) and the Case Forwarding Mechanism (CTM), which was funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and implemented by the Kosovo Millennium Foundation.

These two platforms aim to improve the administration of justice in Kosovo and the transparency of the institutions of the rule of law by offering the citizens of Kosovo online access to judicial information, where through the Online Data Platform, statistical data from the case management information system are provided, as well as the Mechanism for tracking cases, providing information about the case and procedural actions within the judicial system.

The chairman of the Judicial Council, Albert Zogaj, said that these two platforms will enable citizens to access their cases, but will also restore confidence in the judicial system.
