Representatives of the village of Shipitulla in Obiliq, as a sign of protest for the expropriations, have placed banners near the Special Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Economy, and the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) in Prishtina. In these banners are listed the names of the persons they are accusing of theft and attempted theft, and corrupt affairs of millions of euros. These residents have not declared themselves to the media.

Several times now, the residents are expressing their concern regarding the expropriations, for which they have requested that they be done from the beginning.
