The Kosovo Democratic Institute has presented the findings from the analysis of two contracts issued by the Hospital and University Clinical Service of Kosovo (HUCSK) for oxygen supply, which, according to this institute, have caused a loss of around 57 thousand euros to the public budget.

The project manager, Diana Metushi-Krasniqi, accused HUCSK of signing the contract through negotiated procedures with the "Medica" company with the same supply, but 20 percent more expensive per unit...
