The non-governmental organization "EC Ma Ndryshe" has presented today the research "Legal reform of spatial planning of Kosovo at a dead end?!", where it was said that it is necessary to improve the legal framework for Spatial Planning (LSP), either through the drafting of a new law or review of the current one and bylaws. This is because it is estimated to be ambitious in relation to the fulfillment of legal requirements by municipalities and their capacities. The Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure (MESPI), Liburn Aliu said that the lack of a mechanism that evaluates the law in question, turns out to be the main problem in terms of spatial planning, while emphasizing that the development plan has not been good either.
