In the framework of the conference "New Chapter of Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue" of the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), experts on this process said that it is the right moment to reach a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, but there must be greater will on the part of the Serbian side. While emphasizing that this process is not new, as is being considered by the Kurti Government, it is a continuation of the past.
The director of the EPIK institute, Demush Shasha, said that in both countries, the majorities have the political legitimacy and are able to conclude the final agreement, but he is skeptical as he does not see any concrete movement from the Serbian side.
