IPKO reacts after fire at warehouse: Services and infrastructure were not affected

The telecommunications company IPKO has announced that the fire which broke out last night in one of IPKO’s warehouses was quickly brought under control and fully contained, thanks to the swift response of emergency services and internal teams.

According to the statement, an internal assessment is currently underway, and the company is working closely with the relevant authorities to determine the cause of the fire, as reported by ​KosovaPress.

“We want to assure our customers, partners, and the public that services and infrastructure were not affected. All IPKO operations continue normally without any interruption,” the company’s response reads.

The statement further adds, “We appreciate your trust and understanding.”

It also emphasizes that IPKO remains committed to transparency, safety, and uninterrupted service.

According to the Kosovo Police, a commercial facility in the Industrial Zone of the capital was engulfed in flames on Thursday night.

Kosovo Police spokesperson for the Pristina region, Agron Borovci, told KosovaPress that the damage is considerable, but no injuries have been reported.
