In two weeks, 40 health workers became infected with Covid-19 in Prishtina
Prishtina is in the red zone of infection and this weekend found it with stricter measures, restoring quarantine in the capital and 6 other major cities of the country. However, what alarms the local government is the high number of infections of health personnel.
The Director of Health in the Municipality of Prishtina, Bujar Gashi, in an interview for KosovaPress, said that about 40 health workers have been infected within two weeks. If it continues with this trend, according to him, there will be a problem in treating patients with coronavirus and in providing other services.
