The so-called People's Defense has distributed leaflets in the north of the country, to give instructions to the local Serbs about resistance to the Kosova Police, as well as to the civil servants whom it called that they belong to Kurti.

They gave instructions on how Serbs should act when they see a police patrol, how they should act when they see a civil servant, how it is easiest to break into a police vehicle, but they also gave instructions on how to make a molotov cocktail.

In these leaflets they emphasized that opposition is forced.

"When the police of Kurti arrest the Serb, you necessarily help them to defend themselves. The opposition starts now and continues", reads the leaflet distributed in the north.
