The security expert, Nuredin Ibishi, is skeptical if the postponement for 48 hours is enough to find a solution for the implementation of the phase of fining citizens who are caught inside the territory of Kosovo with illegal license plates issued by Serbia with acronyms of the cities of Kosovo.
