The Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj stated that the last EU summit was a failure for Kosovo and the Balkans. He asked the Prime Minister not to produce news, but as he said, appropriate policies to close the major issues of Kosovo.
