The acting chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, said that Prekazi and where Adem Jashari's body rests is the epicenter of freedom that we enjoy today as a sovereign and independent state.

Hoxhaj made these comments after laying wreaths at the Memorial Complex in Prekaz, where he was together with members of the PDK leadership, structures and branches of this party.
