Th Russian opposition politician, Vladimir Kara-Murza has stated that Serbian Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin has handed over to the Kremlin transcripts of wiretapped conversations between members of the Russian opposition made in Belgrade. As a result, Andrei Pivovarov, the former director of the NGO Open Russia, was arrested in Russia. "Last May, Vulin visited Moscow to hand over transcripts of our meetings in Belgrade. He met with National Security Secretary Alexei Patrushev and then they formed a so-called working group to fight the color revolutions," Kara-Murza told the daily Nova.
