The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, reiterated that the agreement with Serbia will not affect the unitary character of the state of Kosovo, and that there will be no Association with executive powers.

His statement follows a recent request of the EU Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, who said that constitutional changes should be made in order to make the Association of Serb-Majority Municipalities functional.
