The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, in a virtual meeting with the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, promised that there will be no budget cuts for Kosovo Municipalities, in 2021.

Prime Minister made this promise after the insistence of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, the reaction of the Council of Mayors and from the meetings with Minister of Finance, Hykmete Bajrami, and Minister of Local Government, Goran Rakic, after the Ministry of Finance planned budget cuts for municipalities, for the year 2021 in relation to the year 2020, in the amount of 32.95 million euros.
