The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, has considered the achievement of 14 agreements with Albania as a new interstate momentum, which also contributes to the regional stability.

In a joint conference with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, Hoti said that this momentum was also created by the Washington agreement.
