The incumbent Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the United States, Joe Biden.

"I am very happy to emphasize that the Republic of Kosovo has very special relations with the United States of America. In the recent history of Kosovo, the United States of America has played a crucial role", reads the telegram.
