The candidate for prime minister from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, presented the governing program for the Prishtina region, where he promised specific support for businesses that create new jobs. The incumbent Prime Minister said that all highways connecting the Balkans will pass through Prishtina, and that Prishtina will become the capital of the region and the reference for security and stability in the Balkans.

Hoti has promised a modern capital and administrative center of education, culture and sports.
