Haxhiu: We will not withdraw the Draft Law on the Bureau from the Assembly, the reaction of the KPC is unprecedented
The Draft Law on the State Bureau for the Verification and Confiscation of Unjustifiable Assets will not be withdrawn from the Assembly of Kosovo. The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, stated that all recommendations of the Venice Commission will be included between the two readings. In an interview for KosovaPress, Haxhiu also talks about the objections to the Law on the KPC, but also about the possibility of creating a supervisory mechanism for the Special Court and the agreement on prison cells with Denmark.
