The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, stated that they have rejected Serbia's request for cooperation in the case of Millan Radojicic. She said that this request contradicts the Law on International Legal Cooperation, for which she said that Serbia should submit evidence to the Kosovo institutions about the terrorist attack in the north of the country.

Haxhiu emphasized that they submitted two requests for the provision of evidence related to Millan Radojicic. She also spoke about the armed conflict in Prishtina, for which she declared that it is unacceptable for criminal groups to be tolerated before the justice system.

She said that it is important for international partners to put pressure on Serbia to hand over the war criminals and those who committed the terrorist attack in Banjska.

Regarding the case of the gun fight in Prishtina a few days ago, where one person was killed, Haxhiu said that it is unacceptable that these cases are tolerated by the justice institutions.

At the press conference, Haxhiu was also asked about the reports that the Kosovar Liridon Rexhepi has been arrested by the Turkish police, with claims that he was the head of the financial network of the Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad in Turkey. She said that Turkey's institutions have sent written questions about this case.
