The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, has criticized the Constitutional Court for not respecting the deadline to deal with the laws that are being sent to this Court.

At the meeting of the Council for Democracy and Human Rights, she said that vetting, which is one of the main reforms, has been pending for 10 months according to the opinion of the Constitutional Court.

Meanwhile, the Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj said that so far only 20 percent of the recommendations from this institution have been implemented, while they are waiting for the implementation of 80 percent of the other recommendations.

He said that there are a large number of recommendations that await implementation by the country's authorities and institutions.
