Hasani-Kuleba: President Zelensky's ten-point plan, the most realistic possibility of achieving peace

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania, Igli Hasani, has welcomed his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba, who is in Tirana as part of the delegation accompanying the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, to the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit that will be held today at noon in "Palace of Congresses".

In a press conference, Hasni expressed Albania's willingness to support the sovereignty, freedom and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Also, he added that Albania strongly condemns the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

After the meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart, Kuleba, he said that Albania supports President Zelensky's ten-point plan, as the most realistic possibility to end the war and achieve a lasting peace.

Hasani further said that they discussed the help that Albania can offer in dealing with the situation in Ukraine, but also for its reconstruction, for which he hopes to happen as soon as possible.

He hopes that today's Summit will be fruitful and offer new perspectives for the future of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Minister Kuleba, while expressing his happiness with his presence in Tirana, thanked Albania for the support it has given to Ukraine, stressing that the two European countries will closely coordinate their journey to the European Union.

On the other hand, he added that Russia should be punished as responsible for war crimes in Ukraine.

Previously, the signing of the agreement took place between the Foreign Minister of Albania, Hasan and his Ukrainian counterpart, Kuleba.
