The former President of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, says that Kosovo's membership in NATO is not determined by Russian aggression in Ukraine, but by internal dynamics related to the dialogue with Serbia. Hasani stresses that Kosovo cannot benefit from the war in Ukraine to join NATO, or other international organizations, as Russia cannot project force in the Western Balkans. According to him, Kosovo's membership in NATO will be used as one of the last means of pressure on Serbia to recognize Kosovo's independence.
