The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla, said that they are working on establishing a joint fund of Kosovo and Albania for the Albanians in Montenegro. Emphasizing that this is a commitment of two states.

Haradinaj-Stublla, announced that during the signing of the memorandum of cooperation with the Pan-Albanian Federation "Vatra", for which she said that this agreement is of special importance for the promotion of national values.
