The Ambassador of France in Kosovo, Olivier Guerot, stated that the agreement discussed in the February 27 meeting in Brussels, between Kosovo and Serbia serves to be a milestone. According to him, the agreement offered to both parties offer many positive aspects for both parties.

“I think we are right now in a very promising time, there is a real opportunity to make concrete progress on the way to normalization between Kosovo and Serbia. The agreement that was discussed on 27 February has a potential to be a milestone and there is a lot for both countries, for Kosovo and Serbia to be reached if the discussions that are ongoing right now will prove to be fruitful”, said Guerot...
